• Responsible for end to end sales and procurement of construction equipment’s • Generating enquiries, meeting clients, discussing the requirements of Rental equipment’s & diesel supply • Sending quotations, Negotiation, closing sales by getting approved work order • Maintaining good relationship with suppliers for cross hiring equipment’s ,Maintaining good data base of suppliers , finalizing the best equipment for a best rate as per requirement, releasing Purchase orders• Co-ordinating with site people and supplier for prompt delivery • Providing after sales service like maintenance related issues of equipment’s & resolving accordingly. • Making invoices as per timesheet, submitting to the clients ,following up customer for collection and preparing & sending statement of accounts , making settlement to the supplier according to their credit period • Coordinating with client for credit application , registration and other documents collection • Making report on weekly sales, collection, progress, appointment, etc. • Handling operators, mechanics,& operations support team to ensure smoother sales transactions and arranging safety certificates and other documents of equipment’s accordingly • Single point of contact and transport in charge for Rental division
