• Understand business priorities and challenges by building trusted and collaborative stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful sourcing strategies.

• Manage/oversee the building, development and launch of supply chain operations and procurement processes in start-up environments, to include team hiring/building and policy, SOP and procedure development.
• Effectively and efficiently source packaging, product and ingredients globally.
• Oversee categories including IT, HR Services, Corporate Services, Software/Licensing, Business Development, Engineering Services, After Sales, Facilities, Capex, MRO, Office Products, Legal and Recruiting Services.
• Drive the interviewing, hiring, training, development and performance of supply chain staff.
• Represent the company during negotiations, formulate policies related to supply chain and the purchase of goods and services, and coordinate activities of purchasing/supply chain teams.
• Lead partnership negotiations with Tier 1 OEM’s and engineering service providers; develop and execute purchasing strategies to minimize company risk, exposure and commodity price volatility.
