SYSPRO distributes in Canada through SYSPRO Software Ltd (SYSPRO Canada) and a national network of Value Added Resellers (www.syspro.com).● Concurrently leading two business units (a software vendor/distributor and a direct-to-market VAR solutions/services entity) and overseeing 8 direct reports, a multimillion dollar operating budget, a 6-entity / 10 location VAR channel and 50 employees across three offices (Vancouver, Toronto, Halifax); ● Directing channel sales/development, service, solution implementation, partnering, IT, finance, marketing and administration; developing companywide priorities, business plans, growth targets and KPIs; ● Implementing budgeting, capital expenditures, financial analysis and other CFO-associated tasks; ● Managing all aspects of HR including recruitment, training, compensation, retention and performance evaluations;● Representing Canadian interests at international Director level conferences including the establishment of product functionality, roadmaps and development priorities and strategic direction. ACHIEVEMENTS: ► Directed the growth of SYSPRO Canada’s client base to 1,500 licensed companies ► More than quadrupled the value of installed software ► Doubled annual turnover ► Guided the Canadian business to self sufficiency from parent company and debt-free status ► Realized profits of 8% to 22% annually ► Realized consistent shareholder returns via growth in company valuation and dividends year over year ► Successfully challenged a Canada Revenue Agency audit to realize millions of dollars in tax savings ► Led the review, financial analysis, negotiation and successful acquisition of a Halifax-based VAR partner in 2006 to establish a full-time direct-to-market presence in Atlantic Canada.________________
