Essential Functions of the MAT Class Mentors:• Mentor Master of Arts in Teaching students in teaching classes, guiding and supporting them in their development as educators.• Check and evaluate the teaching performance, assessing their instructional methods and effectiveness.• Provide constructive feedback, offering suggestions and recommendations to enhance their teaching skills.• Comment on the instructional materials and lesson plans, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.• Prepare mentees for the next teaching session, ensuring they have the necessary resources, materials, and knowledge to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Essential Functions of Senior Advisor on Educational and Cultural Affaris:- Develop and implement strategies to advance educational and cultural programs within the research center- Foster relationships with academic and cultural institutions both domestically and internationally- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure integration of educational and cultural initiatives into the research center's broader mission- Provide guidance and advice on matters related to cultural exchange, study abroad programs, and academic partnerships- Manage budgets and resources for educational and cultural programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational and cultural programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes- Facilitate the development of research and teaching collaborations between the research center and other institutions, both domestically and internationally- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in educational and cultural affairs, incorporating new ideas and strategies into the research center's programs- Serve as a representative of the research center to external stakeholders, such as government agencies, foundations, and donors- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff working on educational and cultural programs.

Essential Functions of Superintendent:- Develops, implements and maintains strategic planning processes for school functions.- Assists the Director of Education in the identification of student achievement goals and implements programs designed to achieve and evaluate progress toward meeting those goals.- Supervises the development of systems for budget development, purchase of goods and services, accountability for expenditure of district funds, and analyses and reporting of the school's financial position to the Kardan Head Office.- Informs and advises the Kardan Head Office about the programs, practices and problems of the school and keeps them informed of the activities operating under the Head Office's authority.- Hold such meetings of teachers and other employees as necessary for the discussion of matters concerning the improvement and welfare of the school.- In coordination with the Director of Education, develops and implements plans for dealing with emergencies and takes the necessary steps in time of emergency to safeguard students, staff, residents and school property.- Keeps informed of modern educational thoughts and practices by advanced study, visiting school systems elsewhere, attending educational conferences, and by other appropriate means, and keeps the Head Office informed of trends in education.- Keeps the parents and the community informed about modern educational practices, educational trends and the policies, practices and problems in the school.- Studies and revises, together with the Director of Education and Deputy Superintendent, all curriculum guides and courses of study, on a continuing basis.- Supervises the development of systems for the recruitment, employment, evaluation, in-service, development, compensation, and benefits for all school staff.
