Providing repair solutions for the repair of oil and gas equipment (e.g. pipelines, piping systems, tanks, risers, roofs etc.) in the form of technical deign reports based on performed stress calculations in accordance industry standards (ISO24817 & ASME PCC2, B31G).• Assisting the sales team to deliver technical presentations, respond to technical tender, create technical competitor analysis and answer client technical query.• Providing technical support for installation of Trenton wax tapes for mitigation of external corrosion in oil & Gas industry , water tanks etc.• Coating specifications, Surface preparation inspection, Measurement of coating thickness using Type-1 and Type-2 DFT gauges.• Providing 24/7 technical assistance to offshore and onshore technicians and conducting offshore and onshore visits to provide emergency support and supervise complex repair installations.• Leak detecting device(H2Obvious) installation for leak detection at offshore and onshore platforms.• Managing the entire life cycle of projects this include but not limited to preparing commercial proposals, method statements, carrying out Risk Assessments and creating invoices.• Technical Support for Leak Sealing through composite repairs preformed with various types of materials ranging from fiberglass, carbon fiber and protective coatings.• Witnessing and Inspecting pre-cleaning, Surface Preparation, Primer application, Intermediate Coating application, Top coating, Curing etc.• Writing technical Proposals, Pilot testing Proposals of Non-Metallic wrapping for clients per ASME PCC-2, ASME B31G and API 579FFS.• Non-Metallic composite wrapping Installation According to ASME-PCC2 for both high and low risk pipelines, thrust boring and Micro-Tunnelling.
