Witnessing these challenging conditions inspired the creation of the 'Bibi Rahima' school, in collaboration with my sisters Nazifa, drawing from a family legacy of women educators and healthcare professionals. This institution was dedicated to the memory of our grandmother, Bibi Rahima, a remarkable and industrious woman who ardently supported education and had expressed her wish for a school in her name.The school aimed to provide education for girls, encompassing kindergarten and vocational sewing courses in various parts of Kabul. It received warm reception from the local community until the closure of educational institutions during the Taliban government's regime. Despite these formidable obstacles, I remained committed, independently continuing the educational mission without external support or reference.The resilient spirit of my great-grandmother, a nurse at Wazir Akbar Khan's hospital in Kabul, who embodied bravery and fortitude, continues to inspire my unwavering determination. To persist in the face of adversity, I am currently engaged in a new project called 'Naz Global' to ensure the continuity of educational efforts. This journey has been marked by numerous challenges, yet it fuels my steadfast commitment to advancing educational initiatives.

I previously dedicated time to creating educational content on a YouTube platform. My channel focused on discussing various facets of child upbringing, encompassing their psychology, educational needs, mannerisms and addressing prevalent issues. In 1997, during a visit to my Iranian family, I recognized the dire situation faced by Afghan immigrants who were barred from accessing education in Iran, leading to a congregation of uneducated individuals in the streets. Faced with this challenge, I took the initiative to establish a private school to address this educational gap. This school aimed to provide educational opportunities to Afghan immigrant children in Iran, focusing on cities like Wamin, Qom, and Zand.Efficiently navigating bureaucratic hurdles, I facilitated the enrolment of a significant number of students into this private institution, ensuring swift access to formal education. This concerted effort persisted until 2020, where the focus remained on ameliorating the social and educational challenges faced by Afghan immigrants in Iran. The primary goal of this project was to enhance their educational opportunities and living conditions, thereby positively impacting their lives within the Iranian society.

As an assistant teacher at Stifford Clays Primary School, I contributed significantly to the educational journey of young learners, including those with special needs. Collaborating closely with the lead teacher, I played a pivotal role by not only providing support in classroom activities and aiding in lesson preparation but also offering specialized assistance for children with diverse learning requirements.My responsibilities involved actively engaging with and supporting all students, tailoring educational methods to accommodate the unique needs of those requiring special attention. In 1992, the IRC office appointed me as the head teacher at Abdullah bin Zayed school, a responsibility that entailed teaching for 36 hours a week and overseeing an institution educating about three thousand students. As an Afghan immigrant, my drive to serve immigrant children stemmed from the profound empathy for the plight of statelessness. Witnessing the entwined challenges of illiteracy and poverty in Afghan society, I recognized education as the beacon of hope. With a profound belief that literacy could be the antidote to societal issues, I dedicated myself to teaching.Over six years of managing the school until 1996, I gained invaluable experience and found immense fulfillment in serving. Driven by the desire to support Afghan people, I initiated the establishment of approximately four schools in Peshawar, Pakistan, catering to immigrants. This endeavor was a labor of passion and commitment, independently forged without external support.The operational continuity of these schools persisted until 2020, when political upheavals in the region led to their closure. Nonetheless, the impact of this educational service, undertaken with unwavering motivation, stands as a testament to the transformative power of education in the lives of immigrant communities
