-Duties & Responsibilities - Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of basic Firefighting, Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm Systems.-Preparation of Work Method Statements, JSA’s and ITPs for the Installation, Pre-commissioning, andCommissioning.-Maintain and operate all Fire protection systems (Firefighting, Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm systems) and associated equipment’s.- Applying and procuring necessary Permit and related documents from the Permit issuing authority.- Pre-plan the activities and take approval from the Metro control team for its Revenue/Engineeringhours.- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting smooth operations and take necessaryactions to Troubleshoot or minimize.- Coordinating with department heads and building contractors in carrying out all the PPM activities ondifferent frequency basis.- Coordinate with AMC contractors in generating reports on timely basis and ensure itscorrectness w.r.t the actual system condition.- Take necessary actions to tackle for any emergency situations happened at Site and ensure safety ofpeople and equipment’s.- Preparation and Closing of Work Order (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.), Defect, Reactive- Work Order and Corrective Maintenance Work Order.
