Working as an Assistant Manager in Computer Society of India (CSI), Mumbai.Functions:1. PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT: Involvement: Organizing National and International business and educational events for CSI as a Program Manager. 2. MANAGING CSI FOUNDATION Involvement: CSI is coming with its ambitious plan of CSI foundation and I am assigned to draft its overall structure . 4. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTInvolvement: Designed and developed a employee recruitment procedure in the form of a “Recruitment Manuel” for the Computer Society of India and standardised the recruitment its process. I had undergone internship in Mumbai Port Trust Dock and General Employees’ Union as a part of the curriculum of my course. Here I did field study on the shipbreaking workers and got hands on experience in various trade union activities such as wage negotiation, departmental enquiries, gate meetings, workers training programmes, dealing with management on various issues in port and port related private companies, organizing unorganized workers of shipbreaking industries. I became familiar with muster roll and also to deal with show cause notices and charge sheets. I actively participated in all sorts of union activities, workshops and training programmes and prepared reports in this regard. Apart from these things, I took up the responsibility of developing a new website for MPTDGEU.

To manage the Targeted Intervention Project of Jharkhand AIDS Control Society. Working as In- charge of office, clinic, droping centre, staff requirtment, co- ordinatination and liasioning with government and funding agencies and media representation.
