 To handle on networking systems, routing and switching, and configuring Cisco device, IP address subnetting, basic networking protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP), VOIP, firewalls and proxy appliances, telco and carrier operations.  Coordination with the following in the course of network troubleshooting: Telco and lines carriers, equipment and device vendors, remote smart hands, business users, other IT departments.  Preparation and distribution of various operational reports whether twice daily, Weekly and monthly reports and others as deemed necessary of the team.  Attending into the various teleconferences held by the NCC, GCC and Change approval boards (both network and general).  Opening up, raising and reviewing of network change tickets as required.  Performing written and verbal Coordination work with Vendors, Telco Carriers, business users and IT peers regarding incident and change ticket matters.  To take an "over-all approach" to dealing with Network level 1 and level 2 incident tickets, spot any existing relationships between each of the tickets and suggest simple systems to quickly deal with these.  To create simple and even complex code in Visual Basic or Python or other programming languages and incorporate these codes into SecureCRT scripting and MicroSoft Excel Macros. Improving existing methods especially through automation.
