Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet end user order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines.

- Analyze customer request order- Processing customer order to included but not limited to overseas purchase to Head quartered and sister company- Controlling project scheduling, delivery scheduling and ensure the order send to customer on time.- Ensure our stock at warehouse and on our system to fulfill customer request .- Handling all document order, administrative task ordering, customer visit, technical discussion with engineering dept, PPC, production , Sales engineer and Application engineer.- Managing all aspects of project document control and the document repository- Establishing and maintaining a project filing index for any hard copy- Filing and sending all documents needed for project- Engineering documents stored by the project, filing of project correspondence, and establishing a similar index

- Monitor and analyze daily production performance and create report to Section Head & Department Head- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and create monthly report to Department Head & Division Head- Involved in improvement project such as Just Do It (JDI), Small Group Activity (SGA) and Skill Development Activity (SDA) as leader, co-leader and project admin.- Involved in daily production and troubleshoting activity.- Create, analyze and prepare Department Head report for Vice President
