Review reconciliation sheets and ensure that all sheets are balanced accordingly to the regulations and laws of the industry and Company• Be up to date with all of the latest financial developments with the country’s economy,• Improve and enhance the effectiveness of delivering its services to the Customers at a cost efficient manner• Champion the customer relationship management to ensure providing excellent services in order to build and retain lasting relationship• Ensure team receives necessary training and development as per job level to reflect on their capabilities and customer service.• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with its stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Vendors and Government Agencies) to support the achievement of its strategic objectives.• Implement Field emergency Cash transfers payments projects for humanitarian international and local organizations.

• Coordinate Surface Logging Systems (SLS) operation activities in Yemen.• Stand-in as the first contact point for any personnel and technical issues. • Manage and supervise a team of 4 Sr. Data Engineers and 4 Data Engineers along with 4 Sr. logging Geologist and 4 logging Geologist.• Develop quality performance which meets and exceeds company and client’s goals.• Supervise the prepayment stage of the invoicing process, control Quality of data and services required from Client.• Conduct training courses to enhance SLS operator competency.• Assess senior SLS Geologists/Engineers against company competency standardsKey Highlights: a- Conducted training Courses for Senior Engineers and Competency Assessment for 26 Surface Logging System Senior Employees in Yemen (8) & India (18) between Sept 2014 – Jan 2015.b- Participate and supervise actively in exploration drilling Activities into basement to explore oil and gas in the basement fractures - Safer E&P Co . Marib ,Yemen.

• Determine formations tops, description& interpretation of drill Cutting, lithology & core, by geological, drilling data & MWD/LWD logs.• Indicate the presence of any potentially productive zones (Oil/Gas Show) in sedimentary reservoirs.• Establish accurate and comprehensive daily drilling / Geological logs as per client’s format.• Discuss and consult with Operation Geologist with regards to drilling progress and geological situation of the well.• Act as consultant to Drilling supervisor to ensure success of drilling operations. Key Highlights: Worked as Early Kick / Loss Detection engineer in high pressurized and risky wells in South Oman. Main Clients - Oman Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and CCED (Oman)

Hadramaut, Yemen

• Lead and supervise the performance of mud logging-team and resolve issues as they arise.• Maintain and ensure the quality of services of equipment and crew performance.• Participate in daily meetings with companies seniors and suggest solutions to clients and other services providers to resolve troubleshooting on surface of well site.• Perform Early kick / losses detection (well control) to save people , environment and money• Description of Igneous /Metamorphic rocks cutting and indicate the presence of any potentially productive zones in Basement Fractures.• Monitoring Drilling parameters and report any anomalies. • Provide Hydraulic and Pressure calculations as well as any other drilling calculations required by clients. Key Highlights:1- Supervise geological wellsite and data monitoring of drilling exploration into Basement fractures , Block 10 ,Total E&P Yemen , Hardmout Yemen,, 2- participate in Underbalance Drilling into Basement rocks to explore basement fracture.
