Currently working as an Area Manager.Worked as a "Sales Operations Compliance Manager" where my scope of duties is to ensure and strengthen compliance parameters for distributors in terms of operational,financial & structural basis for Unilever Bangladesh Ltd.After successfully completing GTM roles, I was given the opportunity to serve as a "Sales Operations Manager" to look after Nutrition business portfolio of Unilever Consumer Care Ltd,yearly turnover is BDT 516 cr. I joined in Unilever as a "Territory Manager" to look after General Trade/Distribution Business. I was in charge of Kaliakoir Territory [RMG based market] as a Senior Territory Manager,yearly turnover worth BDT 120 cr, and previously was in charge of Tangail Territory [Rural based market] as a Territory Manager-yearly turnover worth BDT 85 cr. While serving Bangladesh Edible Oil Ltd which is a 100% foreign owned joint venture between Wilmar International Limited of Singapore and Adani Group of India, I was in charge of Modern Trade/Chain Supershops [Shawapno, Aagora, Meena Bazar, Daily shopping, Shop N Save ,CSD, Carre family, Almas, Prince Bazar, Unimart, Pick & Pay, Genious shopping centre, Lavender etc] & E-commerce ventures [Chaldal.com,Daraz.com etc], yearly turnover was BDT 10 cr & institutional sales business. An alumnus of Faculty of Business Studies [MBA] of University of Dhaka, Management & Businiess Administration School [MBA] of Khulna University, and Faculty of Business & Economics [BBA] of East West University. Passionate about collecting/reading business/management/self development related books,watching book summaries and travel vlogs [covered 6 continents] in youtube. Playing with my child is fun for me, and apart from that I enjoy playing table tennis,cricket & badminton. Also, I love to roam around the river and sea side walkways & in the paddy field, and spend time in the mountain area.
