Being the go-to person in helping friends settle disputes and guiding them to work together made me realize how I am both naturally capable and passionate about managing people through effective communication and building interpersonal relationships.Today, this innate ability to connect with others aligns with my career choice in Human Resources Management. Thriving at the art of bringing people together, my journey from a playground mediator to an HR professional is marked by a dedication to understanding and enhancing what motivates people. In the diverse and challenging environments that I have worked in, from the testimony of my peers, my strengths are a penchant for creative problem-solving, strong people skills, and quick learning ability.
