• Responsible for the procurement, maintenance and recording of all office asset inventory• Responsible for data collection and use of office assets• Responsible for following up the addition, damage and repair of office facilities• Ensuring all work facilities run smoothly• Control work related to office needs and equipment• Responsible for fulfilling the needs of office• Supporting HRGA in operational administration• Supporting HRGA for corporate activities and events• Handling administrative office expenses• Responsible for all office rental and licensing matters• Responsible for recording and paying office operational bills• Facilitating all internal requests related to office space (additional working hours, permission goods, etc.)

• Leading & supervising the AOE Team in achieving key business results• Identify, create and participate in the implementation of business process improvements (SOP, high-level process)• Create report & daily-weekly achievement documentation• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders: management team to improve customer experience process• Successfully gathered many insightful insights and feedback from sellers and stabilize the performance team at 85 90% (medium to high).

• Improve the current business process to be more efficient.• Work closely with the online sales and operations team for business process improvement and implementation.• Receive, analyze, gather more information, prioritize, document, and actively resolve or escalate requests/issues until their resolution.• Develop metrics & SLA of our operations process and maintain it at the most efficient and effective level.• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
