I work as a banker in one of the biggest state-owned banks. I was placed in Business & Strategy - Micro Business Development Division, Head Office as Manager where the main job are managing the policy and regulation for savings, loans, performance and quality from the lowest work unit. I'm a specialists in terms of managing business and strategy in micro banking business where it's our primary business to increase company profits and fee based income. Then another jobdesk I also manage insurance both from transactions and administration as well as from subsidiary companies.
