 Prepare MH calculation from MPD, special ground time for Quotation purposes.  Contact vendor for any maintenance required third party.  Make sure all material and tools well prepared prior to check.  Make sure all work package send to customer on time.  Prepared recording system, electronic and hard copy for internal audit.  Prepare material forecast especially for C-Check.

Assure and monitor subordinate to perform task in accordance with the procedure and manual.  Establish the effective communication with shop and socialize the information related to change in regulations, procedures, policies and other important information.  Supervise subordinate activities during production process.  Conduct bi-weekly meeting and establish daily briefing prior to perform the tasks.  Supervise the process of repair and maintenance for every tasks that using machinery and special equipment.  Has an obligation to report the minutes of meeting and/or summary of briefing to the Assistant Manager.  Establish schedule and unscheduled roster for staff.  Monitor discipline and attendance of subordinates, establish the assessment and report to my superior.  Coordinate with Mechanic, NDT, Engineering and Quality for any finding, deviations or difficulties during product ion process.  Assure cleanliness of the work area.  Assure that all production running well.

 Prepare work order, task card, control sheet, tally sheet, consumable and tool used records to support workshop.  Prepare consumable, tool and equipment as required. Provide consumable and part as per requisition.  Check and discuss with workshop and field service engineering if any obstacle during the maintenance process.
