Successfully led and executed a comprehensive audit initiative across seven diverse construction projects and the head office of PT. Bumi Karsa, a subsidiary of PT. Hadji Kalla. This involved meticulous planning, coordination with stakeholders, and rigorous fieldwork to assess compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and operational efficiency. The audits culminated in the delivery of eight detailed audit reports, each containing in-depth findings, actionable recommendations, and supporting documentation. These reports served as valuable tools for management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.In addition to the construction project audits, I also took charge of conducting regular monthly stock opname (physical inventory counts) at various other subsidiaries of PT. Hadji Kalla. This involved overseeing the entire process, from planning and preparation to the actual counting and reconciliation of inventory records. By ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory data, I helped the subsidiaries maintain optimal stock levels, reduce losses due to theft or damage, and make informed decisions about procurement and production.

The Bili-Bili Irrigation Network Rehabilitation Project involved rigorous oversight of contractors to ensure adherence to strict quality and quantity standards throughout the rehabilitation process. A robust monitoring system was implemented, incorporating daily progress reports to track granular tasks and identify potential bottlenecks, weekly reports for a broader overview of progress against milestones, and comprehensive monthly reports to assess overall project performance against key objectives.In addition to these regular reports, weekly on-site inspections were conducted to verify the quality and quantity of work completed by the contractor. These inspections involved a thorough review of materials used, workmanship, and adherence to project specifications. Any discrepancies or deviations from the approved plans were promptly addressed to ensure the project remained on track and met the highest quality standards, ultimately ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of water resources to the agricultural communities served by the Bili-Bili irrigation network.

The "Irrigation Performance Assessment and Actual Needs for Operation and Maintenance (AKNOP) of Dams in 16 Irrigation Areas in South Sulawesi" project encompassed a thorough evaluation of 16 dams and their irrigation systems. This involved detailed condition surveys, meticulous equipment inspections, and in-depth analysis to assess the structural integrity of the dams, identify potential risks, and determine necessary maintenance and upgrades.Data collected from these activities was then rigorously analyzed to determine the actual needs for operation and maintenance (AKNOP) for each dam and irrigation system, considering factors such as age, design, operating conditions, and environmental factors. The project's findings were compiled into comprehensive reports, providing valuable insights into the current state of these critical water infrastructure assets and guiding future decision-making regarding maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for the sustainable management and efficient operation of water resources in South Sulawesi.

During my internship on the Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Development Project, I was immersed in the comprehensive oversight of the construction of various facilities, including the terminal building, parking structures, flyovers, and other supporting infrastructure. My responsibilities encompassed meticulous quality control, ensuring that all construction materials met stringent standards and that all documentation was accurate and up-to-date. I also diligently compiled daily progress reports, tracking the project's advancement and identifying potential issues for timely resolution.This hands-on experience provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of large-scale construction projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance and reporting. I gained a deep understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and the importance of effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. The internship not only enhanced my technical skills but also fostered my professional development, preparing me for a successful career in the construction industry.
