To provide leadership and overall guidance to ensure that the business activities in Property Development are profitable and its resources are efficiently utilized to achieve the Company’s business goals and objectives.• Responsible for strategic and operational planning of the business, reviewing, significant financial strategic plans and annual operating plans, and monitoring the implementation and execution of plans to ensure that systems of identification and management of risks are robust and appropriate.• Evaluate and analysed the economic climate to identify new business opportunities and identify new property development opportunities for the company review and evaluate financial and non-financial information to provide the appropriate business directions to be in line with the company’s Vision and Mission.• Monitor and evaluate the day-to-day operations and control of the Property Development.
