• Managing and overseeing respective operations (entertainment) by ensuring that they are carried out in line with organizational standards and customer satisfaction objectives, • Maintaining strong relations with customers to understand and receive their demands and requirements and interacting with third parties such as vendors to perform the procurement activities,• Making sure the accurate understanding of customer demands to craft on-point projects that meet necessary requirements; and taking immediate actions during the day of events if necessary,• Keeping close track of sectoral dynamics and conducting analysis regarding the overall market and competition and formulating strategies accordingly,• Completing all requirements concerning documentation and reporting, and delivering respective files to the relevant unit for accounting processes.

• Planning and implementing all events efficiently (concerts and corporate events) for regular high segment customers and carrying out procurement, vendor management, celebrity management and promotion activities along the way.

• Ensuring effective operations management (mainly regarding festivals) by handling a variety of functions such as transportation, accommodation, celebrity management etc. along with carrying out facility management activities for the company beach.

• Planning, managing and overseeing respective day-to-day operations regarding various invitations and corporate events and, ensuring overall well-coordinated, high-quality services throughout the operations.

• Effectively managing online sales channels and leading respective personnel in daily operations along with improving quality, productivity, and efficiency in the process.

• Executing respective sales activities (domestic and international hotel and tour sales) and driving efforts to meet and exceed defined sales objectives.
