LifeVitae is a technology-based education startup (EdTech start-up) from Singapore that supports students by providing a strength finder platform that refers to the UNESCO-WHO Life Skills Model.The following are my job descriptions as a Marketing & Outreach intern at LifeVitae: • Develop and execute continuous sales and marketing plans for both B2B and B2C markets. • Approach potential users and retain paid customers.• Plan weekly workshops, develop concepts, reach out to potential speakers, and organize workshop content for publication. • Build relationships and collaborations with business partners, including media partners and event collaborators

Selected as one of 30 apprentices out of 6,575 applicants from all over Indonesia and was assigned to assist the Physical Goods Central – Gamification Department. My responsibilities included supporting marketing gamification campaigns through Tap Tap Kotak, Panen Telur, and Top Quest games in the Tokopedia application. This involved monitoring, analyzing, and creating reports on brand and category performance. Additionally, I collaborated and coordinated with the respective team to complete assigned projects.Key Accomplishments:• Completed 6-months internship journey with A grade performance evaluation• Have completed 263 brand and 184 category performance reports on the Tap Tap Kotak campaign (February-July 2022).• Have completed 92 brand performance reports for the Panen Telur campaign (February-April 2022).• Assisted in the creation of coupon promo for Tap Tap Kotak and also helped prepare for the launch of two new Gamification campaigns: Tap Tap Kotak Affinity and Kuis Tokopedia.

Student part timer at Quality Assurance, Curriculum, and Academic Innovation Unit of the Faculty of Law UGM.- Assisted the transferring process of the Semester Learning Activity Program Plan (RPKPS) module into the Outcome Based Education (OBE) format.

Conducted managerial functions for the Gadjah Mada University Student Choir (PSM UGM) organization. I coordinated over 30 online and offline performance collaborations with various events both on and off campus, which generated approximately twenty-three million rupiah in income for the treasury over the course of a year.Key Accomplishments:● Initiated the addition of virtual choir package options to the PSM UGM job catalogue in 2021, which successfully brought in 15 virtual jobs for PSM UGM within a year.● Recruited more than 150 singers for various performance jobs within a year, leading to a significant 237% increase in total income from jobs in a year (from Rp10.000.000,00 in 2020 to Rp23.750.000,00 in 2021)

Managed and oversaw of three sub-divison, including: storyboarding, wardrobe and make-up, and choreography. Managed the process of storyboard making and video production of virtual choir video for the competition.● Achieved the first gold medal in virtual choir category (winner category) Taipei International Choral Competition with score 91,15.

Person in charge of the advocacy information agent work program that held the public relations function with manages Line Official Account of advocacy information that routinely shares student academic information and answering students question interactively, as well as the tuition fee post work program that assists students during the process tuition fee payment.● Answered all student questions related to academics and student affairs in a semester.● Assisted more than 100 students in the process of adjusting tuition fees.

Completed various tasks in legal assistance and services department, regional secretary of Special Region of Yogyakarta given by the mentor for a month virtually.● Made 3 legal opinion assignments and gain knowledge in state administrative procedural law class with head of Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Had responsible for strengthening internal relationships between members of the organization, monitoring the activities of members by interviewing and evaluating each staff in every division, improving the skills of members through various upgrading activities, and recruiting the next management staffs.● Successfully adapted and still managed to carry out the work program with some adjustments due to the pandemic situation.

Accompanied a class consisting of 20 freshman during the new student orientation activity in a week virtually. Not only accompanying, Co-facilitator also present various important materials to the freshman in a fun way, with some fun games inserted. It takes 4 months for the preparation of the event, including public speaking class, role play class, materials transfer class, and any other to make sure that Co-facilitator have a complete package as a role model for the freshman.● Achieved the best Co-facilitator staff award in Herman Yohanes group.
