My perspective from being curious and always looking for the diamond in the competitive landscape has allowed me to execute and close over one billion in commercial and business loans. I focus on the client experience and always look for pragmatic ways to enhance their value chain while maximizing risk adjusted return on capital, organizational effectiveness, organic and accretive growth that supports my employer’s strategy in building strong relationship management for business owners in Canada. For the first 10 years of my journey after earning my MBA at U of T, I was a term and operating lender in Toronto & Kitchener Waterloo , providing growth capital to SMEs and also LBO & MBO loans on succession management change. I enjoy working with clients in their quest for new space, expansion opportunities and build to suits, partnering with realtors and brokers. I have also worked in credit adjudication at Head Office which has helped me in finding creative structures that differentiate our offers from the mass.I have been involved with various industry groups including CREW, NAIOP, MIABC, BC Aviation, BC Senior Association & AWF. I have also served in senior leadership roles with Toastmasters BC districts. These community engagements have helped me foster an extensive personal and professional network allowing me to be an effective influencer.
