(E&HS, P&HM, SoX) Dynamic storage capacity planning of green and packed tobacco, forward planning of factory consumption in line with demand swing year on year Connected 540K SFT warehouse within 5 months to meet up the steep rise of demand of green leaf in crop year 2023 with 6% reduction of rental cost. Conducted loss analysis for end to end leaf logistics network comprising of 3.5 mln SFT warehouse network and 18 transportation suppliers for consecutive two years using systematic approach and financial tools. Delivered 200K GBP savings Annually by alternate transportation method (Direct shipment to Dhaka Factory from Kushtia) and 60K GBP savings annually by increasing the utilization of fleet.  Holds the record for ever highest "Direct Shipment to Dhaka Factory" of packed tobacco for consecutive three months (Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023). Stepped up beyond functional role to negotiate with rental warehouse owners along with procurement and ensured 100K GBP savings annually from rent. Delivered ever highest packed tobacco shipment (1000 MT) on a single day from GLT (Kushtia Leaf Factory) on Aug'22. Revamped P&HM strategies across the warehouse network through cultural paradigm shift and sustainable IWS approach resulting in 87% reduction of infestation compared to 2021. Established standard working procedures as a warehouse officer to avoid discrepancies during cycle count and month end with collaboration of finance and leaf supply chain team. Established Supply network Pillar for leaf network as IWS methodology and introducing 4 DMSs for Leaf  Ensured 100% fire compliances in Leaf Network across 34 Locations over the Bangladesh

o Operational/Professional/Business: Responsible for managing £1 mln strategic and consumable spare parts inventory to support the 2nd largest GLTP of BAT group Closely work with global production team to ensure availability of all required spare parts on time and in full while ensuring regular flow of inventories to avoid write off Closely work with maintenance team to develop strategies to ensure optimum conditions for machine while optimizing repairs and maintenance cost Closely work with Global Technology, Local logistics, Treasury team, and global strategic suppliers to ensure smooth supply and connectivity of factory requirement Closely work with finance team to drive actions to optimize inventory level, maximum cash release and reduced manufacturing cost while being compliant to all process and policies Regularly performing MRP through SAP to ensure availability of all spare parts on time and manage inventory level to optimum To Purchase spares and machinery from manufacturing plants and local suppliers accurately and in a timely manner based on S&OP and coordinate shipments based on the schedule To control and maintain import documents, LC and responsible for purchase order creation and billing transactions in SAP To deal with blocked material, purchase order, invoice, and vendor data also the purchase information record for materials according to vendor in SAP To maintain and control material creation and mass upload and work closely with the global master data management team Responsible for vendor enlistment and vendor management To monitor inventory level of spares and plan on rescheduling to ensure inventory level is sufficient to support factory maintenance and within company policyo Management: Manage and guide team of 5 members to ensure smooth operation of spares parts store and maintain customer satisfaction through process compliance and discipline  Manage global and local visits & audits as per compliance

Primarily responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating and procuring raw material and packaging material as per production plan, sales forecast and business demand/ requisition and ensure material delivery at the right price from right source at the right time with right quantity and quality.2. Shipment and documentation follow up with supplier and forwarder to ensure availability of material on time.3. Collect and endorse documents from Bank on time and forward to C&F agent to avoid any demurrage.4. Understanding product definition as per HS code, import policy, Government SRO and other rules and regulation to import and to convince custom to avoid any hassle.
