Shortened financial / operating reporting schedules by streamlining month-end closing as well as alignment with other functional groups (Commercial, Procurement, Legal, Operational, and Business Support). Managed introduction of corporate KPIs and reporting schedules and related interaction with Corporate Headquarters, State Investment Holding, and international consultants. Ensured stringent adherence to project financial reporting requirements. Lead development of short- and mid-term budgets, cash flow forecasts, and operating and financial statements of the organization and projects. Lead Shareholders’ audits of shared costs of the common assets’ operator and their allocation between projects as well as direct costs’ audits for several consecutive years. Managed accounting & project finance group of 8 staff.
