Junior concept developer and integrator within Building Physics and Systems department of TNO. Genuinely focusing on the built environment from a large array of typologies for housing or utility buildings (mostly healthcare) either to generate new renovation concepts, point out development potentials, help industry partners with their product development and deliver expertise in projects. Certain involvements / experiences in projects can be summarized as:- Development of industrialized renovation concepts for faster, quicker and complete applications either for gas free or energy neutral houses.- Research into conceptual thinking of product platforms and their possible application to renovations and new builds.- Product development for industrialized façade elements and their scalability to other building typologies where these elements consist of integrated functionalities for energy generation, space conditioning and ventilation. - Research, energy, CO2 and cost modelling for the monumental building stock of the Netherlands to check possible scenario's on their emission cutback potential as well as the cost burden they generate. - Research on the building stock of care homes in the entire Netherlands for the current and planned capacity, the deficit in the coming years (till 2040) and how it can be tackled from a countrywide overview to zorgkantoor scale. - Digitalization and generating registries based upon publicly available data for the building stock of healthcare per sector (Cure & Care) in order to add new insights and perspectives to sustainability roadmaps of organizations. A wide array of information from building area, built year, theoretical energy consumptions, emissions and their reflection to coming years, closely available renewable energy sources, possible coupling with existing or planned sustainability projects in the vicinity and monitoring of the entire stock for their fulfilment of set goals within roadmaps.
