I hold a Master of Arts in Economics Law and two professional certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). My core competencies include financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financing, M&A process, business development (3X successful business start-up experience), supply chain management, internal controls, auditing, and ERP implementation.In my current role, I lead the finance function for the electricity distribution business, overseeing the financial performance, strategy, and operations of three distribution companies with over 10 million customers. I also serve as a board member for three of them, contributing to their governance, risk management, and stakeholder relations.
