GoFood is a leading food delivery app across SEA. Led a team that had a mission to empower more than 1 million merchants across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, with the vision of scaling up and enriching the variety of restaurant and items data while ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness levels. Responsibilities:1) Built mid-to-long term product strategy, roadmap, and development timeline, aligned to multiple stakeholders. Collaborated with Engineer, Designer, Researcher, Business Intelligence and Strategy lead closely from identifying problem statements until delivering a market-fit solution.2) Led a self-serve tooling project, helped merchants seamlessly onboard by reducing onboarding duration.3) Reduced internal content ops tickets by XX% in X months by driving end-to-end menu management, add-ons management, and restaurant information management.4) Orchestrated data science project to produce a model which can detect inappropriate text and image content uploaded by merchants.

Crafted a lovable user journey during the pre-booking flow. Responsibilities: 1) Led the team to build a personalized GoFood home screen based on user, time, and location. Released a time-based restaurant recommendation and an almost-zero development way for the business team to push new content. 2) Built location picker feature, which enabled users to make an order from other places. 3) Initiated and delivered the first merchant-rating system.4) Redesigned the merchant profile and re-order page.

Part of the first QA team members at Gojek. Led the QA GoFood team to test multiple major features and ship them into production. Standardized the testing process flow, collaborated with PM to create acceptance criteria during story writing, designed end-to-end test scenarios and programmed automation testing.

This course talked about the theory and practice of ERP Configuration as a complete enterprise-wide business solution. I was responsible for assisting students in the lab, teaching ABAP language, and reviewing student's assignments.

Created a Standard of Procedure for the ReadSoft Invoice Reader application. It is an SAP-based application used by Garuda Indonesia Aviation company, which solves problems regarding invoice documentation. Built complete system documentation, including system landscape, user manual, installations, troubleshooting steps, systems backup, and recovery strategies.

This course talked about methodologies & practices of SCM and how to apply them in real conditions. I was responsible for assisting students in the lab and reviewing student's assignments.

Led a team with three members and accomplished delivering a 360 peer-review feedback system used by an external client as part of the Information System Project Development course.
