Collaborated with Engineer, Designer, Researcher, Business Intelligence and Strategy lead closely from identifying problem statements until delivering a market-fit solution.2) Led a self-serve tooling project, helped merchants seamlessly onboard by reducing onboarding duration.3) Reduced internal content ops tickets by XX% in X months by driving end-to-end menu management, add-ons management, and restaurant information management.4) Orchestrated data science project to produce a model which can detect inappropriate text and image content uploaded by merchants.

Crafted a lovable user journey during the pre-booking flow. Responsibilities: 1) Led the team to build a personalized GoFood home screen based on user, time, and location. Released a time-based restaurant recommendation and an almost-zero development way for the business team to push new content. 2) Built location picker feature, which enabled users to make an order from other places. 3) Initiated and delivered the first merchant-rating system.4) Redesigned the merchant profile and re-order page.
