Coming from a Bilingual household, I’ve always had a love for connecting with diverse people and hearing their stories. One of my core childhood memories involves a 7 year old me running around the supermarket, asking random strangers “What’s the haps?” It's safe to say I was quite the adventurous spirit as a kid, keeping everyone on their toes. But fast forward several years later, this memory of mine would serve as a stepping stone in shaping my identity as a communicator, empathizer, and motivator. Whether it’s in healthcare, financial services, or nonprofit, I’ve always gravitated towards roles that will enable me to interact with individuals. Why? Because they are the heart of every business, and so it’s crucial to foster cultures in which they can thrive. The only way to do that, is to learn more about them. To communicate. To empathize. And to motivate them to be the best, most authentic versions of themselves. As an aspiring human resources professional with 2+ years of experience, I know how important my role is in regards to business success. I am adept at building constructive and effective employee relationships, as well as nurturing healthy and inclusive workplaces. At the end of the day, my specialty involves people. We’re complicated, we’re evolving, and we always have something going on in our lives. My passion lies in connecting these diverse experiences to diverse opportunities so that one is able to grow, not only professionally, but personally.
