With over 20 years of nursing experience and a PhD in Nursing Science, I am a wellness leader who is passionate about promoting health and well-being in the school community. As the Health and Wellness Coordinator at The Gunston School, I provide comprehensive and holistic care to students, faculty, and staff, and oversee the implementation of health policies and programs.I also leverage my extensive background in higher education and nursing management to develop and teach courses on various health topics, such as nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention. Additionally, I collaborate with other wellness professionals and organizations to enhance the school's health resources and services. My mission is to empower and educate the school community to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes.
