NPI1. Base on Apple new product public plan, co-work with apple team establish the build schedule ,Set up NPI team ,confirm the DRI list .( DRI from their department.)2. Supporting apple team finished the each validation build.( EVT,DVT,FRB,PVT), data collection and issue analysis, then tracking, monitor progress 。3 Ensuring equipment and line readiness :Equipment ,fixture ,consumable , software ,Station bring up SOP, FAI,BOM, product FA SOP ,Golden unit prepareing .4.During production: Collection the issue and do FA find out the root cause, then resolve it：Product or test fixture design issue then co-work with apple designer to resolve it , If Materiel issue, Need drive Suppliers to improve it We should check the Software whether have bug and test spec is reasonable.5.Hold the internal and external meeting: Report product build status and yield rate to apple., High light critical issue that will be a blocker. and find the resolution. then tracking and Push DRI to resolve it. To make sure all of progress on schedule.6. Make the decision in emergence case, coordination and resolve the contradiction during NPI stage7. Manage the Ops Engineering aspects of NPI projects and serve as technical lead in resolving issues during all phases of development and product introduction.Development PM1.Set up project team. Project: analyze the feasibility. evaluate the benefit.2.Team members review the technology , Proofing ,samll batch production。3. Collection the validation data, Issue analysis and improve. Finally get users approval.4. If OK, then establish purchase planning and import plan.
