• Create OTB and assortment suggestions for fashion & beauty in-house and hybrid brands in the company (10+ brands).• Analyze brand sales performance and inventory level. Create hypothesis and give suggestions for Brand Managers for necessary actions such as price actions, restock, etc.• Work together with R&D team for assortment planning/ product development based on historical sales and upcoming trend. • Assist VP of commercial department for necessary analysis focusing on identifying hero items, inventory movement and production planning for newly acquired brands.

- Prepare seasonal analysis and buying plan. Choosing the appropirate line-up for Indonesian market with appropriate qty for the season based on the budget.- Supervise and create Sales and Inventory Plan to achieve sales and profit target- Create action plan to increase sales and to sell out un-sellable items by having price actions or inprove store display with VM- Create company initial allocation plan (season/monthly/weekly), confirming with each category PICs, liase with VM and Marketing.- Supervise merch planner team to create monthly srategic plan (launcing new items, restock items, promotions) and conduct meeting with other stakeholders and top management to finalised the company monthly action plan.- Support managers for new stores to create sales and inventory plan for opening (market research, merchandise selection, promotion selection)- Conduct research to develop special project items (such as Batik, Hana Tajima Project) and give suggestion to global team to create special line-up for the market.
