Liaising with contacts from companies of every size, shape and sector of the worldwide market, informing them how PHMG’s world-leading audio branding services can deliver results for their business. - Becoming well-versed in the power of audio branding, developing the knowledge to introduce businesses to the concept and help them understand how they can sound as good as they look - Acting as the first point of contact for every potential PHMG client, contacting prospects within a specialist sector of the worldwide market - Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our bespoke On-Hold Marketing, Auto Attendant and Out-of-Hours Messaging services over the phone- Informing prospective clients how expertly written and skilfully produced on-hold messages can build brands, promote products and sell services- Arranging appointments with key company decision makers on behalf of the Business Development Managers, allowing them to meet with prospects in person to further demonstrate the service and tailor a solution to their individual brand

• Contacting business owners and introducing them to HR and health and safety services• Building strong rapport and objection handling• Booking appointments for a field sales colleague to go in and close the deal• Meeting targets and KPIs• Outlining the benefits and the importance of the service

In this role I would take orders from customers over the phone for electrical equipment. I would then locate the equipment in the company warehouse and would then deliver the equipment to customers on time. I was required to meet a target of delivering to 20 customers a day.
