• Exploration Maturity involves conducting an Exploration Maturity Analysis within Adaro Business Units, aiming to evaluate the extent to which exploration activities have reached an optimal level of maturity in each.
• Provide guidance and implemented a seam typical in one of Adaro’s Business Units. My roles are to provide guidance to improve the efficiency of generating log graphs to identify typical coal seams as a reference for.
• Supervise ongoing exploration activities to ensure the data collection process is in accordance with procedures and the resulting data is complete and according to the exploration plan.

- Provide structure, isopach, porosity, and permeability maps.- Identify potential traps, reservoirs, and other geological features that may contain hydrocarbons by performing seismic analysis in mapping the subsurface structures and geometry of various geological formations and rock layers.- Perform a velocity model of the subsurface for time-to-depth.

• Mapping (managed a team of 5 personnel):
• Create reports and detailed geological maps that depict rock formations, coal deposits, faults, and other geological features.
• Conduct field surveys and exploration activities to identify potential coal deposits.
• Ensure that sample methods and procedures were followed in accordance with the protocol.
• Provide recommendations for drilling sites to determine the distribution, strata of coal deposits, and accessibility.- Well site:
• Conduct core sampling and logging, where data generated have been verified and comply with the company protocols.
