• Credit Review / Approving Authority upto Rs.50 (M) delegated by Credit Risk Management Committee• Authorized signatory for first Istisna & Tijarah (High Risk Products) transaction process flow and calculation models delegated • Assess Risk and suggest mitigating factors on all the credit proposals received for approval• Provide effective support and guidance to Business Units on Bank’s Credit Management Policies• Assist Group Head Risk Management in developing & Updating Policies, Manuals, Guidelines, Tools & Techniques for Credit Risk Management.• Identify and Monitor problematic exposures and take proactive measures to minimize the loss of the bank.

·Analysis of Credit Proposals focusing on facilities structure, expected deposits, ways out, risk & reward and future business possibilities pertaining to SME and Commercial Group. ·Analysis and mitigation of different risk associated with all Funded & Non-Funded credit products.·Financial Analysis by preparing detail spreads in order to determine the repayment capacity, Cash Flows, Capital & Debt structure and Profitability of the borrower.·In dept review of ORR Model for different business segments and customizing it based on Local Industry Dynamics. ·Assessment of Quality and Adequacy of collateral proposed as security.·Examinations of obligor’s management, Credit utilization, Track record, Market reputation & Experience.·Identify and Monitor problematic exposures and take proactive measures to minimize the loss of the bank.
