o Establish Islamic SME & Agri financing infrastructure ensuring availability of Islamic financing products and services on countrywide basis.o Develop Innovative Islamic Financing Products to penetrate in the SME, Commercial & Agri market and remain competitive with the overall banking industry. o Review existing Financing Products and Process Flows to strengthen the Shariah controls in line with industry practice. o Training and Development of staff for better understanding of existing / new Islamic Banking Financing Products.o Credit Assessment and evaluation of financing applications to ensure booking of a quality asset portfolio.o Liaison with customers, support departments and external agencies to ensure disbursement of approved facilities.o Management and Monitoring of Financing Portfolio on countrywide basis.

• Credit Review / Approving Authority upto Rs.50 (M) delegated by Credit Risk Management Committee• Authorized signatory for first Istisna & Tijarah (High Risk Products) transaction process flow and calculation models delegated • Assess Risk and suggest mitigating factors on all the credit proposals received for approval• Provide effective support and guidance to Business Units on Bank’s Credit Management Policies• Assist Group Head Risk Management in developing & Updating Policies, Manuals, Guidelines, Tools & Techniques for Credit Risk Management.• Identify and Monitor problematic exposures and take proactive measures to minimize the loss of the bank.

·Analysis of Credit Proposals focusing on facilities structure, expected deposits, ways out, risk & reward and future business possibilities pertaining to SME and Commercial Group. ·Analysis and mitigation of different risk associated with all Funded & Non-Funded credit products.·Financial Analysis by preparing detail spreads in order to determine the repayment capacity, Cash Flows, Capital & Debt structure and Profitability of the borrower.·In dept review of ORR Model for different business segments and customizing it based on Local Industry Dynamics. ·Assessment of Quality and Adequacy of collateral proposed as security.·Examinations of obligor’s management, Credit utilization, Track record, Market reputation & Experience.·Identify and Monitor problematic exposures and take proactive measures to minimize the loss of the bank.
