* Supporting the development of an assurance planning reporting process*Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value*Challenging current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement*Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up*Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices*Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company* Administer framework necessary to ensure safety and security operations, policies, and procedures; oversee the correction of all issues in the interest of safety, security and risk reduction*Lead investigations, audits, and QHSSE inspections* Communicate information regarding procedural requirements and other government, local, and University mandates; collaborate with external governmental and local agencies

* Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including Facility, security,parking, cleaning, catering, technology, and so on.* Administer framework necessary to ensure safety and security operations, policies, and procedures; oversee the correction of all issues in the interest of safety, security and risk reduction* Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.* Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of special programs.* Facilitate training programs for faculty, staff, and students regarding public safety and other regulatory requirements; revise and improve trainings as necessary* Providing physical security at all facilities and contacting emergency services when appropriate. * Conducting and/or assisting with the secure transportation of products and proceeds of the sale of products.* Ensuring the maintenance of safety & security related systems, including the DVR system, alarm, and access control systems for all facilities.*Administer framework necessary to ensure Facility, safety and security operations

*Analyze customer grievances and other non-compliance issues.*Lead and develop the ISO 9001:2015 program and ensuring full compliance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations in coordination with ISO 45001:2018  Identification of occupational health & safety hazards and Conduct hazard assessments. Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards  Conduct audits, inspections, and investigation of incidents and activities to monitor and track quality standards and goals. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems & procedures.Implement corrective actions and ensure the efficiency of inspection, & audit. Maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, regulations, and industrial processes Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure that they meet safety requirements Review Safety Management Systems and recommend improvements Conducting Safety Awareness and performing commentary drives and injury prevention.
