Reporting to: Director Finance and BU Heads and managing a team for 7 and responsible for 5 entitiesKey Job Areas : Currently handling various type of businesses including Entertainment, Retail and F&B Review & reporting of monthly financial performance and sharing management reports to the senior managementand other stakeholders for respective business Finance Partnering for Business transactions (ATT - ensuring due diligence, audit and all the finance requirementsof the buyer are met timely) Regular reporting and presentation to the JV Board – managing the finance for JV businesses Finance business partnering for above entities – feasibilities, tendering, forecasting, payback calculation Managing the FP&A function in terms of initiating the Annual budgeting & forecasting process, preparation oftemplates, consolidation, assessing the budget of each business Responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance (Statutory Audit & VAT Returns) System Integration and Enhancements – Oracle fusion, Hyperion, Galaxy, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle EBS. etc
