About Young dynamic and energetic team player having more than 7+ years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance(Coal Fired Power Plant and Combine cycle power plant) Monitor the activities of team members ensuring that targets and objectives are met that the working plan is carried out in accordance with plan & policies.Responded to emergency situations and deployed appropriate resources.Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis on all electrical equipment to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation.Perform inspection on regular basis on follow up progress on all electrical technicians ensuring that work progress is carried out as per approved work schedule and appropriate resources while highlighting any non-conformance to the Electrical Engineer to ensure prompt action.Coordinate with planning department execution of the annual outage maintenance of electrical critical equipment as per recommendation of the OEM manual, and provide technical support to ensure the EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives are met.Ensure that all maintenance documentation of electrical activities is completed correctly included maintenance log, outline the fault, method of the repair and the time.Ensured compliance with all local and industry electrical codes and regulations.Inspected existing electrical system and recommended cost-effective upgrades,Supervise shutdown of transformer e enhancing timely completion andtroubleshooting electrical auxiliary system ensuring that all work is done according to an applicable quality standard.Inspected switch-gears electrical control protection panel, also prepared punch list points, work orders, credit and debit on SAP.Monitor the material/spare parts requirement for the electrical maintenance activities, and facilitate the procurement of stocks to ensure accurate and timely availability and replenishment of the required stock.Perform any other duties which are the line manager may require to be carried out.
