Additionally, we developed an Inventory Audit System to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of stock levels.We also implemented a Stock Return Process to streamline the return of stock items, improving efficiency and reducing errors. Stock Placement Processing was another area we focused on, enhancing the organization and placement of stock within the warehouse.Furthermore, we developed an Order Wise Picking system, enabling efficient picking and fulfillment of customer orders. Additionally, we implemented an Asset Management System to track and manage warehouse assets effectively.Throughout these modules, I ensured that comprehensive reporting systems were in place.
