- Provide legal advice and legal services to contracting companies.- Draft and review legal memorandums.- Draft and review various types of contracts.- Attend sessions before courts and quasi-judicial committees- Trademark registration.- Evaluating cases of unfair competition affecting clients’ trade.- Inventorying the intangible assets (intellectual property) of clients.- Providing periodic report to clients related to potential legal violations.- Update clients to any new or amended laws and regulations.- Training and supervising new recruited talent in accordance with the company’s strategy.

- Monitor updates to laws and regulation related to the transportation industry.- Ensure company’s compliance with all related laws and regulations.- Evaluating company’s defaulting clients’ documents to determine feasibility of litigation.- Pursue negotiation efforts with the company’s adversaries.- Attend court sessions on behalf of the company.- Submit enforcement requests and follow up in all related procedures.- Supervising and monitoring law firms contracted with the company.- Drafting and preparing the internal policy in accordance with labour law requirements.- Provide solutions and recommendations to management for obstacles faced by the department.
