- Supervise and lead the maintenance team (30+ members) in providing both a reactive and pro-active maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities.- Planning & Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance; Implement and manage the preventive maintenance program based on best practices in the food and beverage industry.- Maintaining day-to-day maintenance operations of facilities by delegating and tracking maintenance requests (UPKEEP) and address emergencies in alignment with operation department.- Vendor Management; Manage all the external service providers, contractors and suppliers to ensure that they are providing the best possible services and products.- Budget Management; Assist in developing the facilities and maintenance budget, monitor and control expenses, seek cost-effective solutions, and optimize resource allocation.- Events Management; Visiting, evaluating locations and handling all pre-event logistics and support in coordination with relevant departments (Operation, logistics, PR).- Meet and Interact with QA/QC department to ensure best practice is followed and take all the necessary corrective actions.- People Development; Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.- Reporting of maintenance and service related KPIs to the higher management in a monthly basis.- Issue payment requests after reviewing and verifying the invoice of service providers and suppliers.- Effective participation and support in NEW STORES OPENING.
