- Review and analyse various drilling engineering data and operation reports.- Monitor drilling and workover operations, and recommend operational options for troubleshooting.- Recommend economical and safe measures for optimum drilling and workover operations.- Perform technical and safety inspection of drilling rigs, equipment and associated services.- Collect latest information of new technologies and methods in drilling engineering, and recommend application of such technology/method to Company’s operation.- Coordinate with Material & Supply Section procurement of material requirements for well drilling, workover and maintenance activities- Prepare section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards.- Prepare and write drilling and workover programs, as well as End-Of-Well-Reports (EOWR).- Assist the Supervisor in annual budget preparation, review and control on expenditures, focusing on all Drilling & Workover operation and contracts in line with Departmental goals- Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.- Currently working as a company man (rig supervisor), monitor and supervise the drilling and workover operations.

- Lead technical sales position focused on developing strategic technical sales plans and strong customer relationship to achieve consistent increase in revenue, market share and net profit.- Supervise Pressure Pumping-Coiled Tubing operations including: Acid Stimulation, N2 Gas Lift, Wireline through Coiled Tubing, Well Kill and variety of Clean-out operations in the oil field.- Assist personnel on major coiled tubing unit and pumping unit inspection. - Help clients produce and enhance oil reservoirs more efficiently.- Design programs based on a high technology simulation software, CIRCA, that offers numerous solutions for clients.- Perform Coiled Tubing operations included: •Acid stimulation, N2/Diesel well activation, cementing through CT, wireline through CT, gas lifting, well killing, TCP Gun Activation, and variety of clean-out operations.
