As a fire protection and safety engineer, I am passionate about creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for everyone. I hold a BS in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering and a Minor in Industrial Fire Protection from Eastern Kentucky University, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of fire dynamics, prevention, and protection systems.Currently, I work as HSE Group Leader at Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), one of the largest utility companies in the Middle East. In this role, I lead a team of safety engineers and technicians to conduct risk assessments, accident investigations, hazard analyses, and audits for various projects and operations. I also develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with international standards and regulations. Thanks to our team's efforts, we recently achieved 2 million working hours without any accident, incident, or injury, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and safety. I am also NEBOSH IGC certified and have completed several training courses in internal auditing, quality management, and training of trainers.
