*Work with customers, end users, sales and marketing personnel to define and establishtechnical requirements of new and current products related to pressure vessel and heatexchanger design and manufacturing*Maintain supervision of design personnel, counseling on approach, ensuring that project objectives are met and stay on schedule*Coordinate production planning and support with production personnel and vendors to meetcustomer required dates*Ensure all production drawings and supporting documents are thoroughly reviewed and approved before released to production*Oversee quality control standard of production throughout manufacturing process to ensure all criteria are met for customer prior to shipment*Responsible for maintaining ASME U and UM stamp certification through annual audits with external inspection agencies*Involved in implementing health, safety, and environmental standards within production facility

*Evaluate customer requirements, specifications, and other pertinent data in regards to the designand manufacturing of pressure vessels and heat exchangers *Assure proposed equipment meets technical and performance requirements. *Perform pressure vessel design calculations to ensure design specifications are withinspecifications set by ASME *Obtain product specification and cost information from external vendors *Prepare design proposals for submittal to external customers *Review customer orders to insure they are acceptable relative to commercial terms, price, anddelivery *Cooperate with other departments to execute customer orders and meet quality requirements
