Disruption and innovation!Those two words signify the reasons of my love for technology and business. They mark the greatness of the human mind the phrase “thinking outside of the box”. They are the catalyst of change and improvement. They are the reason some startups succeed in growing to take over entire industries, speed up emerging industries, or even creating new ones. Likewise, disruptive or innovative technology aren’t only a strong way for startup companies to gain a foothold. It can also allow established organizations to revamp their supply chain in such a revolutionary way that it becomes an industry standard. Toyota’s kaizen model is the best example of it! Their welcoming of innovation and change lead them to become the worlds biggest car manufacturer! Also, other examples are Apple with the smart phone, Tesla with their car battery revaluation, Airbnb , Uber, and the list goes on and on. As a Chief of staff I am lucky to be able to closely work with data based on the market my company is in. It allows me to find kinks and issue to solve. Whether in the industry, operations, or processes there is always room for improvement. And with innovative solutions and industry disruptive ideas the sky is the limit for everyone.
