- Continuous Internal Control and Risk Management Evaluation: Lead continuous reviews and periodic testing of internal controls across all business units, ensuring their effectiveness and the robustness of the risk management framework.- Strategic Oversight and Mitigation Planning: Direct initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, including the development of actionable risk mitigation plans and the quantification of control failures.- Executive Reporting and Visibility: Develop Internal Control and Risk (ICR) profiles and reports, providing the executive team and Board with comprehensive insights into key risk drivers and control effectiveness.- Framework and Policy Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of the organization's ICR mitigation framework, Risk Management policy, and guidelines, aligning them with strategic objectives and ensuring their deployment across all sectors.- Stakeholder Communication and Support: Facilitate communication of risk control testing results and provide necessary support to departments in implementing risk and control standards, enhancing organization-wide compliance and management.- Third-Party Risk Assessments: Lead evaluations of third-party ICR adequacy, addressing and reporting deficiencies to safeguard against potential negative impacts on the organization.- Process Optimization and Standardization: Standardize and optimize risk management tools and processes, leveraging automation to meet business needs effectively.- Integration of Risk Management into Decision-Making: Embed risk management considerations into the organizational decision-making process, ensuring a strategic approach to risk and control across all operations

- Evaluate internal control around entity and process level using leading internal control frameworks by understanding existing processes across all business functions and updating process flow diagrams. - Assess the design of internal control systems and the overall internal control environment at the entity and process levels.- Assign ownership for Internal Controls environment to effectively manage changes in Internal Controls across the organization.- Provide various reports covering overall internal control systems along with recommendations.- Designing, implementing, and conducting internal control reviews (ICR) at entity level (ELC), process level (PLC) and Information Technology General controls (ITGC);- The governance and oversight structure for the internal controls framework; Develop a detailed implementation plan to mitigate and monitor the risk.- Development of a detailed testing plan to test the operating effectiveness of identified controls and assess them.

Enterprise Architecture - Governance & Compliance - Ensure full compliance of decision-making processes related to the design and modifications of the Enterprise Architecture with internal and external governance rules and processes.- Manage interactions between the Enterprise Architecture Board, the extended EA Team, and other relevant stakeholders outside the EA organization.- Direct Domain architects to selectively check adherence of selected solution designs to architecture principles and standards.- Collect requests for exceptions or deviations from Enterprise Architecture principles and guidelines- Follow up on the decision made by the relevant Governance body to ensure all conditional pre-requisites for granting the exception have been met.- Audit EA repositories to ensure integrity, quality, completeness, and relevance of stored information and artifacts.- Build KPIs, Dashboard, and reports for senior management.- Prepare and review RFPs required by management.

Tracking assets and exploring opportunities for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used software & hardware assets to achieve full efficiency and ROI from company resources.
