After completing Saudi Aramco College Development Program for Non-Employees, I started I working in Saudi Aramco IT department. For the next 9 year i worked in a number of different teams to finally specialize in IT Infrastructure Services. This resulted in my appointment to the Office of the Saudi Minister of Health Dr. Khaled Alfaleh. As part of a Saudi Aramco team of 5 assigned to develop and implement the MOH IT future plan acting as the Minister Consultant in IT Infrastructure. Upon Completing my assignment with MOH and returning to Saudi Aramco IT with my newly developed experience, my career started shifting from a pure Technical role to more of a Managerial role by handling several projects. This later led me to be assigned to run the newly created team to manage the department Organizational Excellence initiative, in which I have been working for the past 2 years. During which the department have reached the highest recorded score in the company for O.E. in 2018 and won the 1st prize in the Saudi Aramco President’s Excellence Award for 2019.
