As Project lead and power user for SAP system in Taldeen business unit, we deliver the scope of work of SAP system implementation project.The project included several modules: PP, QM, SD, PM, FICO, HCM, DMS, MM/WM We executed the project activities/milestones;From Steering committee meetings requirements to Project charter preparation and review, Business Blueprint documents workshops, Master data gathering and preparation, Key users training, User Acceptance Test, End User Training, Go live and up to project hand over and support after go-live.I managed stakeholders communications, meetings, business cases creation, training, and workshops. Continuously, ensuring troubleshooting, development, and configuration requirements in place.

I was fortunate enough to be pursue my graduate degree, and complete very interesting courses, such as ERP, project management waterfall/agile methodologies, database, data mining, statistical analysis, and business intelligence. I have done some qualitative and quantitative research.I have also made presentations based on the following topics during university courses:•Security Considerations for Enterprise Database Management Systems.•Strategic analysis for the Fast-Casual Restaurant Industry.
