• Make sure the stock material condition and production capacity can meet the customer’s or requirement.• Prepare the production schedule and follow the production result• Provide the visual control and report according to above activities• Analyzing productivity, yield, utilization, production volume and continuous improvement and breakdowns also downtimes• Ensure the raw material stock is suficient with Manufacturing Order• Coordinate all section for monthly stock opname (activity to make sure the existing on hand stock is match with book keeping stock)• Provide visual control and report for all activities above

• Supervise, guide and work with inspectors, technicians and other Quality Control staff • Lead & manage daily activities of QC Staff: Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inprocess, Finshed Good, Microbiology & Outgoing inspection to meet Quality Standard• Assessment & Implemented Quality Management System (QMS) in Factory• Food safety, HACCP, GMP, BPOM, Sistem Jaminan Halal• Conduct HACCP, GMP and microbiology system implementation in production line• To conduct finished good and raw materials aging every month regularly and conduct GWP principle• Data treatment, such as SPC and Quality Irregularity Report and report to QC/QA Manager• Conducting the line process audit to maintain quality parameters and report to QC/QA Manager

• Quality management system implementation in line refer to SOP and Quality Plan• Maintaining and controlling the quality of product began from incoming materials, materials weighing, in line process, packaging process, palletizing process, and finished good. Also do the troubleshooting and coordinate with related department for preventive and corrective action• Product analysis refer to quality parameters, SOP and or Quality Plan• Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and 5 S implementation in laboratory and do audit of GLP and 5 S regularly
