▪️Develop firm's strategic vision, goals, and objectives.▪️ Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, overseeing all phases, including design, planning, documentation.▪️ Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations.Obtain necessary permits and approvals.▪️ Review and approve Tender package drawings, ensuring Structure and MEP work comply with the architectural design solution, and coordinate timely document submission.▪️ Responsible for overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities.▪️ Execute drawings for tender, drawing detailing and construction documentation.▪️ Acting as a mentor to new Architects and Engineers and helping them fine-tune their skills. ▪️ Overseeing building construction.

▪️ Supervision and check of all architectural works and coordinate with contractors.▪️ Monitor architectural finishing works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing/specification.▪️ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and progress reports.▪️ Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings, BOQ for the project.

▪️ Assist in general preparation of design and construction documents, including models. ▪️ Working with AutoCAD, SketchUp in studio environment.
