• Coordinate with District Managers for the measurements of the stores to be renovated.• Discuss and planning with Project Manager & Authorities for (SOW) work to be renovated.• Coordinate with Architect for interior designing of store.• Finalization of estimate according to the layout plan.• Equipment procurement and ordering.• Development process of pre construction / Renovation phase.• Short listing of contractors, suppliers and vendors for civil, renovation works.• Coordinate between SSS and suppliers / vendors.• Coordinate and supervise renovation work for in time completion of project.• Coordinate with Project Manager on special task achievement.• Equipment Procurement & dealing with vendors.• Purchase order & payments issues.• Strategic planning and forecasting of new sites for renovation.
