- Managing employee services at Dubai Taxi.

- Revising the job descriptions and responsibilities of all employees on annual basis.- Revising the workforce requirements for the departments.- Updating the hierarchy charts of the corporation and the departments within.- Revising the HR policies.- Revising the workforce requirements of each department staff on annual basis.- Approving the transfers of employees within departments as per the workforce requirement

- Overseeing the recruitment activities & procedures of employees at Dubai Taxi.-Manage the archives (employee files & passports) of more than 10,000 employees and drivers.-Manage the work permit and visa process at Dubai Taxi Corporation.-Overseeing the KPI’s of the section and making sure they are met.-Create the annual budget for the section and the operational plan.

- Overseeing the policies and procedures that are related to driver services and provide Dubai Taxi with the services they require-Recommend with the HR training programs for the section employees that will be beneficial to them and nominate them to attend the training programs-Overseeing key performance indicators of the driver services counter and making sure the they are met.- Following up with the accommodation officer, finance and admin services on matters related to the drivers accommodation including allocating drivers to rooms, rent deductions, and maintenance work.-Following up on grievance requests submitted by the driver on the counter and checking on their status.-Create the annual budget for the section and the operational plan.
